20 walkers from the Stratford Ramblers had mixed weather for three and two half days of walking.

“Bedrooms were comfortable, food was plentiful and delicious, and the walks provided were enjoyed by all- everyone mentioned how much they had enjoyed Tudor's stories!” Aileen Hathaway.

A select group from the North London Outdoor Group braved some mixed weather in mid-Wales. Archery and Orienteering, followed by some Kayaking, mixed into a varied walking programme. The reservoirs are low, with Garreg Ddu Dam exposed and the tunnel from Dolymynach working.

The drought of 2022 has resulted in very low water levels in all the Elan Reservoirs but particularly Caban.

Eastleigh Ramblers enjoyed a 4 night stay in June. This allowed for a trip up Drygarn Fawr as well as some more regular haunts.

A group of 28 from extended families have enjoyed a weekend of partying and activities at the Lodge to celebrate a 90th birthday.
